Students are required to read: Green Eggs and Ham by Dr. Seuss and complete the attached assignment.

Writing Work

*Please Purchase a Marble Writing Notebook for this work.  Staples sells a  Composition Notebook that contains red lines that cues students to sit letters on the baseline.  It is made by Mead and is called: Primary Composition Early Creative Writing Tablet. 

 

Students will be required to write weekly in their writer’s notebook using the topics given below.  They are only required to write a minimum of 3-4 sentences, but are encouraged to do more if they can.  They may include a picture with their writing.

Green Eggs and Ham

1. In the book someone did not want to try Green Eggs and Ham, but when he did, he liked it.  Is there a food that you didn’t want to try, but when you did you liked it?  Is there a food that you tried and you still didn’t like?  Write the name of that food.
